With the recent relocation, studio renovation and logo refresh Workun Garrick has changed how it looks and feels on the surface, but it has been our core set of values that have maintained our momentum as both a business and a thriving collection of creative and technical professionals.
As we move forward past our 70th anniversary we will continue to have fun. We believe the best ideas come about when we’re having fun. Strong communication and collaboration can also be established outside of work activities. That is why we hold frequent events aimed at upping moral as well as promoting the development of positive relationships between staff. We believe in offices lunches, office retreats, office pools and yearly golfing tournaments to build on our family environment. Just ask to see our office hockey pool trophies prominently on display in our staff lounge. We believe we can always do a better building then the last. We are constantly striving for excellence both in our design and or delivery. We hold quarterly “Tech Talks” as a way of ensuring lessons learned can be passed on the entire staff. We're Hiring - Contract Administrators
Our firm is pleased to offer:

As a member of the Workun Garrick team you will:
• Evaluating and assimilating design changes introduced by the project architect or interior designer
• Coordinating architectural drawings with the work of consulting engineers
• Contract administration
• Resolve technical issues on site
• Oversee client relationships and communications
• Assist with coordination through all phases of projects Requirements:
• Diploma in Architectural Technology or Construction Technologies
• AutoCAD is an asset
• Revit (BIM) is an asset
• MS Office
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience is preferred
• Self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects, priorities and workflows
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to projects from start to finish
• Creativity and a passion for having fun!
