Caernarvon Elementary School Modernization

In February 2016, Workun Garrick Partnership was selected by Edmonton Public Schools to provide prime consulting services for the Caernarvon School modernization and addition. The work consisted of the demolition of the 1976 pod; addition of four modular classrooms; a permanent construction addition to the existing building that included classrooms, teaching support areas; modernization of the existing building; a new student drop-off loop; and associated site work. This modernization finally added an identifiable main entry and a needed student gathering aiding in creating a 21st century learning environment.
