Calmar Secondary School Modernization
Calmar, AB
This project involved the full modernization and rightsizing of the existing school, built in 1953. A significant portion of the work involved the complete replacement of the facilities mechanical and electrical systems. Additional work included the full “cosmetic” modernization of the school’s remaining spaces following the rightsizing phase (demolition of the south wing), reconfiguring the school’s main office and front entrance, replacement of exterior windows, siding, and roofing, and introduction of a new student gathering space, drama room, and student fitness centre.
