Main Street Law Offices Building

This project involved the construction of a new three (3) storey office building to accommodate Main Street Law Offices in Spruce Grove, Alberta. The building includes a main floor reception area and meeting rooms for Main Street Law Offices and two (2) retail spaces for future commercial tenants. A main stair leads visitors up to the 2nd and third floors which are used exclusively for Main Street Law Offices. Spaces include additional meeting rooms, a staff lunch room, offices and open work areas. The project scope included full architectural and consulting engineering services including preliminary design and design development, application for Development Permit, preparation of contract documents and construction phased services.
